This is a pretty neat retro Boombox, I see it as more then a novelty though with a bit more upgrades this could be really great.ĭue to COVID-19, processing times for returns may take longer than normal. If you would consider my suggestions I would gladly pay $100. I just started using though and haven’t toyed around with the other features yet. These are my initial thoughts on the Boombox. What I really want from an AM/FM feature is awesome reception power, I’d like to pick up more hard to get stations. Leave out the Shortwave and it would clear up the AM /FM screen visibility.
I can appreciate the Shortwave a little bit I’ll most likely never use it. It’s hard to see what station you’re trying to find. The cassette door seemed a little off as well, concave and wiggly.Īnd there is too much info on the radio indicator screen. When I was peeling off the protective vellum where the SD card and USB are is, the actual panel almost pulled off with the protective vellum. In Bluetooth mode it would be nice to adjust the Boombox volume with the device sending the media(like most Bluetooth speakers). The buttons and Knobs feel a bit on the cheap side. The quality could be a bit better all around. Overall this mini Boombox is pretty great for the price!
